Find the real constraint.
Combine structured customer discovery, behavioral data, market context, economic potential, and operating constraints before committing roadmap and engineering capital.
Co-Founder & CPO · Neuvr
I turn customer truth into products that businesses can support, engineers can build, and people can trust. At Neuvr, I’m making complex technical and commercial choices tangible before teams commit the time, capital, and credibility to build.
“The best product decision makes the customer, business, and engineering realities visible at the same time.”
Product intent often degrades as it moves into architecture, controls, implementation, and operations. Teams discuss the decision in fragments, then measure the consequences after the most expensive choices have already hardened.
Neuvr gives those teams one tangible, testable system model.
I have led products across discovery, strategy, risk, engineering, launch, measurement, and international scale. There is no handoff at launch—the outcome remains the product.
Combine structured customer discovery, behavioral data, market context, economic potential, and operating constraints before committing roadmap and engineering capital.
Translate technical, regulatory, and commercial trade-offs into tangible options that Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, Operations, and leadership can challenge together.
Selected work across international payments, governed applied AI, consumer platforms, and ML. Expand each for the product decision beneath the metric.
Owns international money movement for more than 1.5 million QuickBooks customers across Canada, the UK, Australia, and EMEA—connecting customer journeys, payment rails, risk, compliance, operations, and market economics.
Canada card and bank-payment capabilities reached $12M in FY26 revenue. In the UK, challenged an approved experience, removed three unnecessary payer steps through customer evidence, and shipped a simpler checkout ahead of plan.
Structured customer discovery surfaced manual invoice follow-up as the top cash-collection friction. That insight became AI-powered payment reminders—automating a repetitive merchant task while accelerating cash flow.
Also shipped AI-assisted in-flow help that combines intent classification and LLM responses inside invoice creation, while designing agentic customer-support workflows with grounded outputs, escalation, and accountable operations.
Owned Woolworths’ recommendation experience end to end with Data Science: defined signals, solved cold start through category fallback, and argued for basket value per session rather than click-through as the north-star metric.
The recommendation engine shipped to more than 25 million consumers and used held-out control testing to distinguish model activity from actual commercial and customer value.
Customer research exposed a refund failure mode in grocery fulfillment. Defined Post Pick Pay from scratch and carried it through design, engineering, operational change, launch, and measurement.
The broader Woolworths web and app modernization improved high-frequency browse, search, cart, checkout, and post-purchase journeys across Australia’s largest grocery retailer.
Strong product leadership is not a roadmap ritual. It is a repeatable way to discover, decide, align, ship, measure, and turn learning into leverage.
Use direct interviews, journeys, behavior, and market context to find the root problem.
Align customer impact, company mission, revenue, feasibility, risk, and timing.
Show what was chosen, what was rejected, and what every decision unlocks or constrains.
Track cohort ramps, NPS, funnels, revenue, risk, and support signals long after launch.
